ROSEWHAT'S NEWSkip the checkbook. With Rose Pay your payouts go by ACH bank transfer from the store's bank account to your consignors' and vendors' own bank accounts - one at a time or a whole batch at once.
Choose payment type ROSE PAY on MAKE PAYMENT or BATCH PAYOUT. The money usually arrives in 1–3 business days.
Pay everyone in one go. Consignors who haven't added a bank yet are skipped with a message, so you can pay them another way.
Every payout shows its status: waiting, on its way, paid to the bank. If a bank refuses a transfer, Rose undoes that payout and tells you with a pop-up.
Consignors type their bank details into our payments partner Dwolla's own secure form - the numbers never pass through or stay in Rose.
Usually 1 to 3 business days from when you make the payout.

For example a closed account: Rose undoes the payout automatically (the sales are unpaid again) and shows you a pop-up, so you can pay that consignor another way.
Yes. With QuickBooks connected, Rose Pay payouts are recorded too (tick ROSE PAY in the QuickBooks settings).
Dwolla is the payments company that moves the money for Rose Pay. Stores and consignors accept Dwolla's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when they set it up.
