ROSEWHAT'S NEWConnect QuickBooks Online once, and every consignor payout you make in Rose is recorded for you - the check, its number, the consignor and the amount. No more typing payouts in twice.
MAKE PAYMENT and BATCH PAYOUT each add an entry in QuickBooks: a check with its check number, or a cash / electronic / Rose Pay payment.
Each consignor gets a QuickBooks vendor the first time they are paid (for example “#1001 Jane Smith”), and is reused after that.
UNDO PAYOUT in Rose deletes the QuickBooks entry too, so your books always match Rose.
If QuickBooks is busy or down, entries wait and are retried automatically. You can see each payout's status on the payout receipts.
No. Rose only records the payouts you make. Paying a consignor still happens the way you choose: check, cash, electronic or Rose Pay.
On a contract's PAYOUT page, the payout receipts list has a QUICKBOOKS / ROSE PAY column (recorded, waiting or failed). Administration โ Settings โ Payouts lists the recent entries, with RETRY FAILED.
Only payouts on or after the start date you choose are recorded. Older payouts are not sent.
Yes, at any time in Payouts. Entries already in QuickBooks stay there. If Intuit ever asks you to sign in again, Payouts shows RECONNECT.
