Drag the price, the description, the barcode and every other detail to where you want it on the label, and pick the font size, bold and alignment for each one. Save it once and every label of that size prints that way – in Rose and in myPortal.

The label is drawn to scale with a sample item. Drag any piece to move it, and drag its corner to make it wider or taller.
Size, bold, alignment
Click a piece to set its FONT SIZE, BOLD and ALIGN (left, center, right), or type its exact position.
One design per label size
2¼ x 1¼, 2 x 1.5, 2 x 1, 1 x 1, Avery 1 x 2-5/8 sheets and both jewelry tags each get their own design.
See it before you save
PREVIEW shows the real label PDF, exactly as it will print.
Everywhere you print
Inventory, take-ins, contracts, PrintNode and Avery sheets all use your design – and so do your consignors’ labels in myPortal.
Easy to undo
START OVER gives you a fresh starting design; USE AUTOMATIC LAYOUT goes back to the standard labels.
Design your first label
- Open the designerGo to Administration → SETTINGS → LABELS and press LABEL DESIGNER.
- Pick the label sizeChoose your label in LABEL SIZE. You start from a design that matches today’s labels.
- Move and styleDrag the pieces where you want them. Click one to change its font size, bold or alignment; untick PRINT ON THIS LABEL SIZE to leave it off this size only.
- Preview and savePress PREVIEW to check the PDF, then SAVE DESIGN. The LABEL PREVIEW on the Settings screen shows it straight away.

Questions
Which details print?
Still the ticks in PRINT ON LABELS. A detail that isn’t ticked shows greyed out in the designer and doesn’t print. The price and the barcode always print.
Do I have to design every label size?
No. Sizes you don’t design keep printing the standard layout, exactly as before.
Something doesn’t fit on the label. What happens?
Text is cut at the width you gave it, and the price shrinks to fit its box. Make the piece wider or the font smaller and press PREVIEW again.
I don’t like my design. How do I go back?
Press USE AUTOMATIC LAYOUT for that size: it prints the standard labels again. START OVER gives you a fresh starting design to try again.
Does it change myPortal labels too?
Yes. Labels your consignors and vendors print in myPortal use your saved design for that size.
