ROSEHELP
How to print price labels for one item or many from Inventory, Take-ins and Contracts, choose the label type, and send labels to your PrintNode / KloudPrint printers. For store owners and staff.
Printing straight to your label printers comes with Rose Pro. Without it, the print windows show PRINT WITH PRINTNODE (ROSE PRO) instead.
| Right in User Maintenance | What it allows | Who has it at first |
|---|---|---|
| Inventory | Print labels from Inventory (tag icon, PRINT LABELS FOR SELECTED, PRINT LABELS). | Ticked for Administrator, Manager and Staff. |
| Take-ins | Print labels from a take-in. | Ticked for Administrator, Manager and Staff. |
| Contracts | Print labels from Contracts → INVENTORY/REPORTING. | Ticked for Administrator, Manager and Staff. |
| Administration and Subscription Plans | Set up PrintNode / KloudPrint printers, default labels and label details. | Ticked for the Administrator level only. |
Sending labels to a printer needs Rose Pro and a PrintNode API key (or KloudPrint login) in Administration → SETTINGS. Without it, you can still download the label PDF and print it from your browser.
In PRINT PREVIEW, set ROTATE FOR MY PRINTER, and print at ACTUAL SIZE / 100% with the paper size set to your label.
Start the PrintNode app on the computer the printer is connected to. Labels sent while it's offline print when it comes back online.
In the sheet preview, click the number of the first empty label under SELECT LABEL STARTING POSITION before you print.
Each item prints on its own LABEL (set on the item). Pick any other label type to print every selected item on that label.
