ROSEHELP
Connect your QuickBooks Online company once and every consignor or vendor payout you make in Rose is recorded there for you, with the check number, the consignor and the amount. For store owners and the staff who look after the books.
Nothing is recorded until both accounts are chosen and saved.
Each payout made with MAKE PAYMENT (a contract's PAYOUT page) or PAY OUT (BATCH PAYOUT) becomes one entry in QuickBooks, usually within a minute.

| undo payouts | Shown under Contracts. Lets the user UNDO a payout, which also deletes its QuickBooks entry. | Administrator and Manager |
No. Rose only records the payouts you make. You still pay the consignor the way you choose: check, cash, electronic or Rose Pay.
Only payouts on or after the RECORD PAYOUTS FROM date are recorded. Older payouts are not sent.
Most stores use an Other Current Liability account such as Consignor Payable. You can also choose an Expense or Cost of Goods Sold account.
Read the reason in the QUICKBOOKS / ROSE PAY column or in RECENT QUICKBOOKS ENTRIES, fix it in QuickBooks if needed (for example a closed account), then click RETRY FAILED in Administration โ SETTINGS.
