ROSEWHAT'S NEWIf you have more than one Square location, an item can now be for sale at several of them – with its own quantity at each, just as Square keeps it. Move stock between locations in one step, and each sale comes off the location it was rung up at.
Every item has a SELLS AT list of your Square locations. Switch on where it’s for sale and type how many are at each. QUANTITY becomes the total.
MOVE STOCK moves units from one location to another – in Rose and in Square (a transfer), with a movement on the item’s history.
A sale comes off the quantity at the location it was rung up at, and counts toward that location’s sales totals.
Square’s count at each location comes back to Rose. If someone changes the item’s locations in the Square dashboard, Rose follows.
Counting a location expects only the quantity that’s meant to be there, and fixes are made at that location.
