Plan tasks, appointments, pick-ups and drop-offs in the Schedule

The Schedule keeps your store's tasks, appointments, pick-ups and drop-offs in one place, with pop-up reminders for staff and e-mail reminders for consignors and vendors. It is for store owners and staff, and every Rose user can open it.

Add a task, appointment, pick-up or drop-offRose

  1. Click + New. In Week view you can also click an empty time slot to start an appointment at that hour, or an empty All day box to start a task on that day.
  2. At the top, choose Task, Appointment, Pick-up or Drop-off.
  3. Enter a Title, then pick the Date. You can also set a Time (blank = any time) and a Length.
  4. Under Assigned to (none = everyone), pick one or more people. Leave it empty to assign the item to everyone.
  5. Under Remind staff, choose when the pop-up reminder appears, from At the time to 1 day before.
  6. To link a consignor or vendor, click Find next to Consignor / vendor, search by account number, name, address or phone, and click their row. Clear removes the link.
  7. Add any Notes, then click Save.

  1. Click Edit on a row, or click the item in Week view.
  2. Change what you need and click Save.

Questions

Can I make an item repeat every week?

No. Schedule items do not repeat, so add each one separately. Only agenda e-mails (โœ‰ Agenda e-mails) can repeat on chosen days.

Why can't I turn on e-mail reminders?

The reminder box only appears for appointments, pick-ups and drop-offs, not tasks. You also need to link a consignor or vendor with Find first. If their contract has no e-mail address, or ROSEBOT E-MAILS is unticked on the contract, reminders only go to their portal MESSAGES (Rose Pro).

I clicked +15 min. Did that just snooze the reminder?

No. +15 min on a row moves the item 15 minutes later, and the consignor may be e-mailed the new time. To only be reminded again, use Snooze 15 min on the reminder pop-up.

Where did my old planner entries go?

They were copied into the Schedule the first time it was opened. Entries dated before that day are marked done, so tick Show completed to see them. Nothing was deleted.

Do reminders need Rose Pro?

No. Staff reminders, pop-ups and consignor e-mail reminders work for every store. The copy in the consignor's portal MESSAGES, the EXPORT button and text reminders need Rose Pro.

Can I get a deleted item back?

No. Delete cannot be undone. Use Mark done or Cancel appointment if you want to keep a record. A cancelled item can be brought back with Undo.
