Who counts as staffRose
Your staff list is your store's Rose sign-ins. Everyone who can sign in to Rose appears in Assigned to (none = everyone).
To add someone, create a Rose user for them in User Maintenance. They show up in the Schedule straight away.
Each person saves their own e-mail address for Schedule e-mails in Schedule → ✉ Agenda e-mails. Users with the Administration and Subscription Plans right can do this for anyone.
Assign an itemRose
In Schedule, click + New or Edit on an item.
In Assigned to (none = everyone), pick one or more people. Leave it empty to assign it to everyone.
Choose Remind staff to set when their pop-up appears.
Click Save.
Each row shows who it is for after 👤 ("Everyone" or the names).
Mine in the Schedule filters, the ⏰ Due chip and the reminder pop-ups all include items assigned to you and items assigned to everyone.
To reassign an item, edit it and change the names. To unassign it, remove all names so it goes back to everyone.
E-mail reminders to the assigned staffRose
This works on every type: tasks, appointments, pick-ups and drop-offs.
Open the item and tick E-mail the assigned staff reminders.
Set each reminder as a number plus minutes, hours or daysbefore. Use + Add reminder for up to 3, and Remove to delete one.
Click Save.
The e-mails go to each assigned person who has saved an e-mail address. An item for everyone goes to every staff member with an address saved.
The note under the box lists who will get the e-mail and who has no address saved yet.
Reminders in minutes or hours need a Time on the item. If it has no time, use days.
To stop them, untick the box and click Save.
Save your e-mail and set up agenda e-mailsRose
An agenda e-mail sends you a list of the day's pick-ups and drop-offs (or other types) at a time you choose. It includes each consignor's address and phone.
In Schedule, click ✉ Agenda e-mails.
Enter your address in E-mail for schedule e-mails and click Save e-mail.
Click + New agenda e-mail.
Under How often, choose 📌 Pinned - repeats on these days and tick the Days, or choose Just once and pick a Date.
Set Send at.
Under List, choose That day's or The next day's items.
Under Include, tick Pick-ups, Drop-offs, Appointments and/or Tasks.
Under Whose, choose Assigned to me (and everyone) or Everyone's.
Tick Send it even when there is nothing scheduled if you want an e-mail on quiet days too.
Click Add agenda e-mail.
A new agenda starts as Monday to Saturday at 7:00 AM, with that day's pick-ups and drop-offs assigned to you.
Each agenda shows as 📌 PINNED or 1× ONCE, with a summary and when it was last sent.
If Rose was briefly unavailable at the send time, the e-mail can still go out up to 3 hours later. It is never sent early.
A Just once agenda turns itself off after its date has passed.
Change, pause or delete an agenda e-mailRose
Open Schedule → ✉ Agenda e-mails.
To pause or restart an agenda, untick or tick On on its row.
To change it, click Edit, make your changes and click Save changes. Cancel closes the form without saving.
To delete it, click Delete and confirm. This cannot be undone.
To stop all Schedule e-mails to an address, clear E-mail for schedule e-mails and click Save e-mail.
Tip: Users with the Administration and Subscription Plans right see a For list at the top. Pick a person there to set up their address and agendas for them.
Ask Rosebot about the ScheduleRose
Rosebot is the bubble at the bottom right of Rose. You can ask it about the Schedule in plain words, for example "What pick-ups do we have tomorrow?", "What's assigned to Sam this week?" or "Any cancel requests?".
Rosebot can see tasks, appointments, pick-ups and drop-offs: time, title, who they are assigned to, the consignor, status (open, done, cancelled or cancel requested) and notes. You can narrow by type, status, consignor, person or words in the title or notes.
If you don't give dates, it looks from today to 7 days ahead. It lists up to 40 items, with totals.
Rosebot only reads the Schedule. It cannot add, move or cancel items. Use the Schedule screen for that.
Any Rose user can ask. Without Rose Pro, a store gets 3 free Rosebot questions in total. With Rose Pro there is a daily limit for each store.
Ask Rosebot how many items someone pricedRose
Rosebot can count how many items (and pieces) each Rose user created in inventory, through CREATE ITEM, imports or take-ins, by shelf date. Group the results by user, day or total. For example: "How many items did Sam price last week?"
Administrators can ask about any user.
Managers can ask only if they have the Users right Rosebot: ask how many items a user priced (managers: staff and themselves only). Even then, they can only ask about staff and themselves, never about other managers or administrators.
Staff cannot ask this question.

Questions
A staff member isn't getting reminder e-mails. Why?
They probably haven't saved an address. Open ✉ Agenda e-mails while signed in as them, or pick them in For if you have the Administration right, then enter the address and click Save e-mail. The note on the item lists anyone with no e-mail saved.
What does "none = everyone" mean?
An item with nobody assigned is for the whole team. It shows under Mine for everyone, everyone gets its pop-up, and staff e-mail reminders go to every person with an e-mail saved.
Can I get tomorrow's pick-ups e-mailed every evening?
Yes. Add a 📌 Pinned agenda e-mail, tick the days, set Send at to the evening, choose The next day's under List, and tick Pick-ups.
Can Rosebot book or cancel appointments for me?
No. In Rose, Rosebot only answers questions about the Schedule. It does cancel or flag an appointment when a consignor replies to cancel, following your choice in ⚙ Settings.
Why can't my manager ask Rosebot how many items an administrator priced?
Managers can only ask about staff and themselves, and only with the Users right for it. Only administrators can ask about any user.
